A 25 minute deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage using pre-blended aromatherapy oils to target your areas of tension, offering both physical and psychological benefits.

The therapist will use a firm pressure using a variety of deep tissue massage techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation within the body, enhance relaxation, improve posture, increase flexibility and mobility.

This tailor made massage will focus on your specific areas of concern which will be discussed during the thorough consultation.

Your therapist will then focus on these areas, ensuring they are heated up thoroughly before applying pressure targeting deeper muscle layers.

For best results, a course of 6 of these treatments are recommended for ultimate benefits.
